Standards drift
What you fixed in person last month is back within a week of your leaving. Nobody is being lazy. Nobody is being measured either.
Mind Your Hotel is one system for owners with one property or twenty. Front desk, housekeeping, revenue, F&B and finance in each hotel, and above them the head office that keeps all of them to the same standard.
Live in two weeks. No implementation fee. Your data leaves with you if you go.

Nobody buys a hotel meaning to own one. The second comes out of the profits of the first, the third out of the confidence of the second. Somewhere around the fourth you stop running hotels and start relaying messages. Rates on WhatsApp. A housekeeping register here, a diary there. Books that close six weeks late. Two guests in two cities, getting two different welcomes under your name.
The software built for this assumes you already have a head office: a quality team, a revenue manager, a procurement desk, a training calendar. Between two and nine hotels you have none of them, and nothing like the volume to pay for them. That gap is where good properties quietly turn average.
What you fixed in person last month is back within a week of your leaving. Nobody is being lazy. Nobody is being measured either.
Every property prices on instinct. The ₹800 the night auditor knocked off at 11 pm never reaches a report.
Four hotels, four spreadsheets, four versions of the truth. No way to tell which manager is good and which one is lucky.
So we put the head office inside the software, and built it for the owner who doesn't have one.
Each part does its own job. The AI sits inside the work rather than in a window beside it, so it can see what is happening and do something about it.

Every night it reprices the next ninety days from your pickup, your comp set and whatever the city is doing that weekend. You set the floor and the ceiling. It works inside them, and asks before it steps outside.
Saturday raised to ₹5,840. Pickup is 11 rooms ahead of last year.
WhatsApp, email and OTA messages land in one inbox and come back answered in the language the guest wrote in. Your team only reviews the ones that cost money or promise something.
कल सुबह जल्दी चेक-इन हो सकता है क्या?
जी बिल्कुल। 11 बजे से कमरा तैयार मिल जाएगा, कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं।
The board builds itself from arrivals, departures and stayovers, then rebuilds when a 2 pm check-in walks in at 10. Supervisors stop allocating and start checking.
ID capture, registration card, room allocation and the Form C filing for foreign guests, finished before the guest reaches the desk.

Mind AI flagged a mismatch
POS, recipes and stores finally talk. The gap between what was sold and what left the store shows up on Monday, not in the year-end audit.
A chain protects its standards with a quality team that lands twice a year and leaves a report behind. Yours gets checked every night, from the data your hotels already produce and the photographs your own staff take on their phones. By breakfast you know the seven things that slipped.
Your quality audit happens twice a year. Ours runs every night, with photo evidence, across every hotel.
The Old Mill: fire extinguisher refill overdue, 2 rooms failed the room-ready photo check.
Front office to engineering, written for Indian hotels and yours to change. A new property gets them on day one.
Rate parity, cash variance, room-ready photos, licence expiry, open folios. You see the seven things that failed, not the three hundred that passed.
One number a month from standards, guest reviews, commercial discipline, compliance and training. Ranked across your group.
Licences, contracts, vendor rates and the pre-opening checklist for every property, including the ones still under construction. The fire NOC that expires in July tells you in April.
Cutting cost only takes a hotel so far. Mind Your Tour is the other side of the business: a guest app that lists every Mind Your Hotel property, sends the booking to you with the guest's name and money attached, and charges 10% where an OTA takes 18 to 22% for the same room.
Listed automatically
Join Mind Your Hotel and your rooms go live on Mind Your Tour the same week. No separate contract, no listing fee.
Your rate, your guest
The booking lands in your PMS with the guest's details and payment, not as an anonymised OTA reservation.
Agents and corporates too
Your travel agents and corporate accounts get their own rates and credit terms, and book you directly through the B2B portal.
OTAs still matter, and we keep them connected through your channel manager. We just think you should stop paying full price for guests who already know your name.
Same room, two ways to sell it
₹5,000 room · you keep about ₹4,000
₹5,000 room · you keep ₹4,500
Shift one booking in five and a 40-room hotel keeps roughly
₹3.4 lakh a year
that used to leave as commission.
Bookings, rates, folios, audits, reviews, the night audit report nobody opens. Mind AI reads all of it the way a general manager would if the day were twice as long, then tells you what it found and offers to fix it.
It explains
Ask why last month's margin fell and get the three reasons, with the numbers behind them.
It acts, with your approval
Change a rate, raise a task, answer a review, send the owner statement. Nothing moves money without a yes.
It learns your house style
Your tone in guest replies, your rate discipline, your way of running a morning briefing.

Why was Jaipur weaker than Udaipur last month?
Jaipur ran 9 points lower on occupancy, mostly Sunday to Wednesday. Two things stand out. Corporate pickup fell after the rate went up by ₹600 on 12 September, and 23 rooms were blocked for maintenance over two weekends. The rate change made ₹41,000. The blocks cost about ₹1.9 lakh.
Can we recover October?
From a 14-room guesthouse to a group of forty. The system is the same. What changes is how much of it you switch on.
Changing a PMS is the part every owner dreads. We do it ourselves, in the background, while the hotel keeps selling.
We pull your rooms, rate plans, future bookings and guest history out of your current system, including the records nobody has looked at in years.
Channel manager, payment gateway and accounting connected. Rates and inventory go live in parallel, so nothing stops selling.
Your team trains on their own data, department by department, in Hindi or English. Two hours each, not a week in a classroom.
We run both systems side by side, match the numbers, then switch. Your old reports stay available.
Support in Hindi and English, 7 am to 11 pm, on WhatsApp, with a named person who knows your properties.
Hosted in India. Guest data handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Daily backups, role-based access, and a full export of your data whenever you ask.
It is a full property management system, and then the layer above it. Front desk, housekeeping, F&B, finance and reporting run the hotel. Standards, audits, pricing control and the head office view run the group.
No. We connect to the main channel managers used in India. If yours is on the list, keep it. If you want to move later, we will do it for you.
Two weeks for a single property, including data migration and training. A group of five usually takes four to five weeks, because we go hotel by hotel.
They come across: future bookings, past stays, guest profiles and folios. We run both systems in parallel for the last two days and match the numbers before switching.
Yes, and that is the point. A 14-room property gets the same SOPs, the same nightly audits and the same pricing engine as a 90-room hotel. You simply pay for one property instead of six.
Only inside the floor and ceiling you set. If it wants to price outside that band it asks first and shows you the reasoning. If you would rather it never moved a rate on its own, leave it in recommend-only mode.
Yes, down to the folio if the role allows it. Every entry into a property is logged, and guest personal data stays masked unless the role is entitled to see it.
30 minutes, on your numbers. We will not add you to a mailing list.
Give us two days of your real data and we will show you what the system would have caught in them: the rate left on the table, the parity break, the folios still open, the room sold under your own floor. Thirty minutes, no slides.
